Extremely excited to be accepted by the RHS to design and build my first urban show garden at the Chelsea Flower Show for the Dyslexia Research Trust. The garden – “Dyslexia, a Barrier to Education” – was inspired to highlight the charity’s research into analysing how the brain processes visual data differently depending on its colour. It proved hugely popular with the public and attracted a great deal of attention: Alan Titchmarsh even sat on the garden bench for a BBC broadcast! The garden was awarded a Bronze medal by the RHS.
